Erectalis is a substitute of Cialis. Its main ingredient is Tadalafil. It is used for erectile dysfunction therapy. It improves erection and helps to achieve successful sexual activity. The medicine starts to work in 16 minutes after intake. Its effect can last up to 36 hours.
Directions
It is recommended to take the medicine 30 minutes before your sexual intercourse. Its effect lasts up to 36 hours. You shouldn't take the medicine more than once per day.
Precautions

Erectalis can interact with the following medicines: Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir), Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Clarithromycin, Doxazosin, Erythromycin, Indinavir, Itraconazole, Ketoconazole, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir, Phenoxybenzamine, Phentolamine, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Terazosin, Trimazosin, Urapidil.
Missed dose
Erectalis is used when it's needed, so it's unlikely to miss a dose.
Overdose
If you think you have overdosed the medicine seek emergency medical help at once. The overdose symptoms are chest pain, nausea, irregular heartbeat, and feeling light-headed or fainting.
